Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers in a safe location, with a neighbour, or attempt to contact the recipient to arrange delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery requests or address changes after an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Fresh flowers are perishable products and should be attended to as soon as possible after delivery.

You can choose between a refund or a store credit on eligible full-priced, non-perishable gift items.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
• Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, bouquets and floral arrangements cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our usual quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
