- Orders placed before our daily cut-off time may qualify for same-day delivery in selected areas.
- Orders received after the cut-off time will typically be delivered on the next available business day.
- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed for a specific hour unless otherwise agreed.
Recipient Availability
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:
- Leave the order in a safe location where appropriate.
- Leave the order with a neighbour.
- Contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery option.
Kado Floristry is not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being successfully delivered to a safe location or accepted by a neighbour.
